Hi I’m Jodie.
I help women heal anxiety and embrace life with calm confidence. My mind-body approach to helping anxiety was developed after my own struggle with years of palpitations, racing thoughts and an inability to calm my body down.
I combine my training as a therapist, yoga teaching and functional health practitioner to offer a truly holistic experience.
